Oh dear, hard choice! I would pick the top one, only cos the cherry blossoms add something. But they're both wonderful!
I love both. But, I would pick the bottom one because the colors are so bright. I think it will catch the readers eye.

I really like the aspect looking down on the kids from the cherry tree. It says "excitement" and movement.The second one looks like "summer" to me.They are both lovely.
