Designing rubber stamps

I have been designing rubber stamps for The Angel Company for a few years now but I am super excited about some new sets that will be coming out in their new catalog in late June. Many of the stamp designs were inspired by my beloved pet, Brandy. Here is a sneak peek from a guest card designer.

Here is the original painting of this design that I did several years ago.

I recall this sweet illustration when you posted it a while ago. How lovely that it has found a new position as a stamp design, and can bring pleasure to more people. :o)

Hi I'm a new follower and I did a few watercolor illustration for a friends children book..He is a friend so he was kind enough to give me a chance . It is a poem/story about a cat and it was so fun to do..what kind of paints do you use (brand) and do you do the ink lines first then paint or other way around?
Love your picture

Hi Kat! Welcome and thanks for visiting! I use Winsor & Newton watercolors and I do the line below the watercolor but then I often add some line on top as well. I mostly use Prisma color pencils in black or browns.
