Oh Phyllis I am sooooo very sorry. I think I told you we have a yellow lab Luke, who is 12 years old. He has a difficult time walking sometimes and we have to kind of help him get up at times too. He is a gentle soul and a true treasure and it makes me want to cry just to think he will someday be gone.

You are in my thoughts and prayers Phyllis!

So very sorry!

Oooo...you have made me cry. Oh, I am SO sorry Phyllis!! I was looking at your illustation (below) yesterday and thinking about you mentioning once that your dog was old. It is so hard to lose a sweet and loved pet. Pls know my condolences go out to you and your family. Brandy looks like she was a very special girl....I hope you see her in heaven one day.

Hugs,

Kate

Thanks so much everyone. My emotions are still so raw and I've never experienced pain in my heart like this before. What helps is knowing she has no more pain. Instead, she's running in sunny pastures of green and I know I will be with her again one day.

I just called by, and found this very sad news. I am so sorry, I know you will be missing Brandy very much.
You did good for her, and she had a lovely life with you. I hope that remembering the happy times gives you some comfort.

Sorry to hear that. It's hard to admit we are all in the cycles of life. Yet, the best part is, the encounters, the memories... take care!

I'm sorry to hear about Brandy...it's so hard to lose a long time companion and member of the family like that...these furry creatures become so much a part of our lives, don't they? She looks like she was one lucky and loved pup...I bet she still comes to visit you.
